Sales Head – Residential Real Estate

Industry: Real Estate (Residential Projects – Developers)
Experience Required: Minimum 10 Years
Reporting To: Owner / Director
Location: (Konanakunte, Bangalore)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and performance-driven Sales Head with a strong background in residential real estate sales. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 10 years' experience in handling residential projects, leading sales teams, driving revenue, managing channel partners, and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.

This role reports directly to the Owner and requires excellent leadership, customer-handling skills, and an in-depth understanding of the residential property market.

Key Responsibilities1. Sales Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement sales strategies for all residential projects.
  • Create action plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
  • Study market trends and competitors in the residential sector.

2. Team Leadership & Management

  • Lead, mentor, and guide the residential sales team.
  • Set sales goals and ensure consistent performance.
  • Train team members on presentation, negotiation, and customer handling.

3. Residential Project Sales

  • Manage end-to-end sales for apartments, villas, plots, townships, etc.
  • Conduct site visits and property walkthroughs with clients.
  • Negotiate pricing, close deals, and maintain high conversion ratios.

4. Channel Partner & Broker Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and brokers.
  • Conduct channel partner meets and ensure high engagement levels.
  • Develop strategies to increase channel partner-driven sales.

5. Customer Relationship Management

  • Handle premium and walk-in clients effectively.
  • Provide accurate project information and support customers through the buying journey.
  • Resolve customer queries and maintain high customer satisfaction.

6. Collaboration & Reporting

  • Coordinate with marketing, CRM, and project execution teams.
  • Share project feedback and buyer insights with the Owner for decision-making.
  • Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and weekly updates.

  • Ability to handle walk-in customers and high-net-worth buyers

  • Experience in launching and selling residential projects

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related fields
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in residential property sales
  • Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
