CNC Setter/Operator

A leading Manufacturing Industry located in Bangalore is hiring for multiple positions- 1-CNC Operator 2.CNC Setter 3. CNC Programmer. Experience- Freshers to 1year Qualification- ITI/Dip All streams Salary offered- 16500+bonus. Job details- This role involves reading blueprints, translating designs into machine-readable code, and making adjustments during production to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Also combines programming, technical expertise, and hands-on operation of CNC machines to produce high-quality parts, while also ensuring quality control and maintaining the machines' functionality Skills and Qualifications: Strong knowledge of CNC programming languages (e.g., G-code, M-code). Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Experience with various CNC machines (e.g., milling, lathe, grinding). Familiarity with CAD/CAM software and processes. Knowledge of cutting tools, fixtures, and material properties. Experience with measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers). Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Programming: Develop and modify CNC programs using G-code and other relevant software, selecting appropriate cutting tools, speeds, and feeds. Setting: Prepare and load raw materials and fixtures, adjust machine settings to match part specifications, and perform test runs. Operating: Monitor machine operation, make necessary adjustments during production, and ensure the quality of the finished product. Quality Control: Inspect finished products, measure dimensions, and ensure they meet specifications. Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve machine issues, including programming errors and machine malfunctions. Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks on CNC machines and related equipment. Collaboration:Work with engineers, production supervisors, and quality control personnel.
