Role Definition: The Operations & Logistics Executive is responsible for managing and coordinating operations, supporting the management and sales team to ensure the successful execution of orders and associated activities. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and manage company stock on a regular basis. Supervise the end-to-end process for dispatches. Prepare necessary dispatch documentation, including material details, delivery challans, e-way bills, packing lists, and test certificates. Arrange transportation for timely material delivery. Provide accurate and timely quotations and pro-forma invoices; process customer inquiries via email and phone. Support the sales team by coordinating sales details, handling pre-sale material, and managing after-sale deliveries. Send purchase orders to vendors and maintain vendor records; identify new vendors as needed. Prepare and send sales invoices and delivery challans to clients. Issue test certificates for dispatched materials. Generate sales reports, track sales order statuses, and develop timely proposals. Coordinate with administrative staff to maintain updated customer databases. Prepare RA bills for completed work at project sites. Measurement Metrics: Timely preparation and submission of all operational reports and data. Accurate and updated stock management to prevent last-minute issues.
