Senior HR Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Executive who can independently manage end-to-end HR operations with strong expertise in Zoho People, employee engagement, and recruitment activities. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong employee relations capability, and the ability to drive HR initiatives effectively.

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations

• 
  Manage end-to-end activities in Zoho People including attendance, leave, performance, onboarding, and HR workflows.

• 
  Ensure accuracy and timely updates of employee data and HR processes.

Recruitment

• 
  Handle campus and off-campus hiring; onboard 15–20 freshers every month.

• 
  Coordinate with colleges, training institutes, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth hiring and induction.

Employee Engagement & Compliance

• 
  Coordinate and manage CSR activities across the organization.

• 
  Serve as an active member of the POSH Committee; drive POSH awareness training and compliance.

• 
  Maintain good rapport with employees and support grievance handling.

• 
  Drive initiatives for a positive work environment and employee retention.

Communication & HR Initiatives

• 
  Lead Quarterly HR Newsletter content creation and circulation.

• 
  Support HR projects, audits, and organizational improvement initiatives.

• 
  Communicate effectively across teams and management.

• 
  Day Shift: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

• 
  Monthly 2 Days MID Shift: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM
  
  Working Days: Monday to Friday
  
  Cab Facility: Not Available

Requirements

• Proven experience as HR Executive/Senior HR Executive.

• 
  Strong hands-on experience in Zoho People (mandatory).

• 
  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• 
  Ability to handle multiple HR projects and meet timelines.

• 
  Experience in freshers’ hiring and campus recruitment preferred.
