1.Recruitment and manpower planning : handle recruitment of site workers , engineers ,supervisors and back office staff. maintain a manpower plan for multiple construction sites .coordinate with site managers and project heads to understand manpower needs. execute end to end hiring [sourcing , screening , interviews ,onboarding]. 2.site HR operations : manage attendance ,leave ,overtime , shift schedules of site workforce. issue ID cards , maintain labour registers and ensure proper documentation . handle muster roll , wage sheet and salary distribution support . conduct site visits regularly to check HR compliance and employee welfare. 3.stastutory compliance [ construction labour laws ] : ensure compliance with CLRA,BOCW,PF,ESI, gratuity minimum wages. prepare reports for inspections and audits. 4. employee relations and welfare : handle employees grievances at sites and resolve issues promptly. conduct safety training coordination with site safety team. organize welfare activities ,tool -box talks, medical checkups .ensure hygienic facilities for labour [ rest area , drinking water ,sanitation ] 5.payroll and MIS reporting : maintain attendance and generate monthly payroll inputs . coordinate with accounts / finance for wage processing . prepare HR MIS reports : headcount , joining relieving ,attrition , site manpower status . 6.onbording and exit formalities : complete joining formalities , collect documents ,bank account setup . Issue appointment letters ,contract letters ,waring letter when required . conduct exit interview and full and final settlement process .
