Graduate with HR experience

Age : Below 35 years

Experience Required: 02 years – 04 years

Adithya Institution is seeking a competent and experienced Senior HR Officer to oversee key HR functions, including grievance handling, payroll management, and recruitment across multiple job portals. The position requires direct coordination with the Management Team, Director, Managing Director, and Chairman, ensuring smooth HR operations and adherence to institutional standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Maintain direct coordination and communication with the Director, Managing Director, Chairman, and senior management
• Address and resolve employee grievances in a professional and confidential manner
• Oversee payroll processing, attendance management, and maintenance of HR records, documentation
• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding across all major job portals
• Support HR operations, performance appraisal processes, and implementation of organizational policies
• Effective organizational skills
• The ability to form working relationships with people at all levels
• Excellent communication skills
• Working knowledge of EXCEL

• Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
