Senior HR Executive

As a Senior HR Executive in our company, you will play a crucial role in managing recruitment processes, HR operations, and talent development. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading end-to-end recruitment processes such as sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees. - Collaborating with department heads to understand hiring needs and contribute to workforce planning. - Developing and maintaining talent pipelines for critical roles within the organization. - Managing HR operations including employee engagement, performance management, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. - Maintaining HR records accurately and upholding adherence to relevant regulations. - Supporting training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and competencies. - Contributing to HR strategy development and process improvements to align with organizational goals. Qualifications and Skills required for this role include: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - 3 to 6 years of HR experience with a strong emphasis on recruitment. - Previous experience in manufacturing or engineering industries, preferably in the heat exchanger domain. - Excellent communication and organizational skills. - Proficiency in HRMS and recruitment tools. - Experience in high-volume hiring and technical recruitment. - Familiarity with industry-specific roles and talent pools. - Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
