Job Description

Role & responsibilities General application health-check & system housekeeping activities. Mailbox monitoring and responding within SLA. Able to Verify Application log files, sometimes using Linux OS Responsible for monitoring Jobs / Ticketing tool / Applications Monitoring and escalating issues identified on the monitoring tool Level 1 incident management for Live incidents raised in ITSM tool Responsible for triaging Incident/service requests that are not in the Scope Analyse P3/P4 incidents and resolve within the SLA. Logging customer interactions and creating support tickets for tracking purposes Resolve SOP-based issues. Understanding of Response SLA and Resolution SLA. Should have an understanding or ready to learn and understand on Banking domain in area of Cards & Payments, Branch and Operations, Wholesale banking and Channel, Core Platforms & Payments, Corporate Banking & Treasury, Finance & Accts, Risk. Should have an understanding or ready to learn on Integration in the banking domain. Should be ready to adapt for changes. Should be ready to work in shift model. Should be a good team player, understanding working with team spread across India locations. Preferred candidate profile 3yrs of B.Sc (IT/Comp. Science) or BCA graduation on regular mode. Graduation passed-out year must 2023/2024 (before or after that year will not be considered) candidates should be flexible to work on rotational shift (24/7) Should have good communication and interpersonal skills. Work from office all 5 days of the week. Immediate joiners or should join within 15 days. BSC OR BCA Computers or IT 2023 or 2024 alone should apply Technology: Unix/Linux Shell Script, Oracle/PL-SQL/ MySql ( Any of these) ncident Management Tool and other tools: Service now, App Dynamics, Dynatrace, Splunk, Manage Engine ( ANy of these technology) Additional Skills: ITIL is Mandatory ( Incident Management,Change Management is Mandatory) Job Location:Pune, Coimbatore
