We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled IT Support Executive to provide comprehensive IT support to our distributed teams across India, the UK, and the Philippines. The role is for a UK based Property management company. This role combines technical support, system administration, and management reporting to ensure seamless operations across all our locations.
Key Responsibilities:
IT Support & Troubleshooting
- Provide first and second-line IT support to remote teams across India, UK, and Philippines via phone, email, and remote desktop tools
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues in a timely manner
- Manage user accounts, access permissions, and security protocols across all platforms
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for hardware repairs and replacements
- Maintain accurate documentation of all IT issues, solutions, and system configurations
Microsoft 365 Administration
- Manage and administer Microsoft Office 365 environment including user accounts, licenses, and security settings
- Configure and maintain Exchange Online, SharePoint, One Drive, and Microsoft Teams
- Monitor system performance and implement security best practices
- Handle mailbox management, distribution lists, and email flow configurations
- Provide training and guidance to staff on Microsoft 365 applications and features
Zoho One Management (Preferred)
- Administer Zoho One suite of applications including CRM, Projects, Desk, People, Books, and other modules
- Configure workflows, automations, and integrations within the Zoho ecosystem
- Manage user access, roles, and permissions across Zoho applications
- Provide support and training to teams on effective use of Zoho products
- Generate reports and analytics from Zoho applications as required
- In case candidate doesnt have zoho knowledge, he / she can be trained for the same.
Productivity Monitoring & Reporting
- Create and maintain daily productivity reports for management review
- Monitor team activity and system usage across various platforms
- Develop dashboards and automated reports to track key performance metrics
- Analyse productivity data and provide insights to help management make informed decisions
- Implement and manage time tracking and productivity monitoring tools
Management & Administrative Support
- Assist management with technical presentations, reports, and documentation
- Support digital transformation initiatives and process improvement projects
- Coordinate IT-related purchases, renewals, and budget tracking
- Maintain IT asset inventory and manage software licenses
- Participate in IT policy development and implementation
- Provide technical support for management meetings and presentation
AI awareness and Training Support
- Aware team for utilizatin of AI in theiir day to day support
- Train Team for AI utilization
- Integrate AI with web applications being used by company
- Deal with vendors for AI integratin with different applicaoitns being used by company in its operations
- Any other tasks to leverage use of AI to company's oprations
- Support digital transformation initiatives and process improvement projects
- Coordinate IT-related purchases, renew
Required Qualifications:
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 2-4 years of experience in IT support role, preferably in a multi-location environment
- Experience supporting remote teams across different time zones
Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 administration and management console
- Proficiency in Windows operating systems and Active Directory
- Understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
- Experience with remote desktop tools and ticketing systems
- Knowledge of data backup and recovery procedures
- Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices
Preferred Skills
- Hands-on experience with Zoho One suite of applications (Preferred)
- Knowledge of productivity monitoring and reporting tools
- Experience with cloud-based collaboration platforms
- Basic understanding of scripting (PowerShell, Python) for automation
- Familiarity with UK and international data protection regulations (GDPR)
Working Hours:
- Standard working hours: Monday to Friday with alternate Saturdays 1.00 pm to 1030 pm during Summer and 2.00 pm to 11.30 pm during winters. Alternate Saturdays it will be 6 hours shift only.
- Occasional out-of-hours support may be required for critical issues
- On-call availability during certain periods
