Senior HR Executive

You will be responsible for handling end-to-end HR operations for the India back-office team at Sky Ocean Shipping. Your main duties will include managing recruitment and onboarding processes, maintaining employee records, handling HR documentation, supporting employee engagement, and coordinating with the UAE management for HR activities. Key Responsibilities: - Manage recruitment and onboarding for India operations. - Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management systems. - Handle HR documentation such as offer letters, confirmations, and exits. - Support employee engagement and address employee queries. - Liaise with UAE management for reporting and coordination of HR activities. Qualifications Required: - Graduate or Postgraduate in Human Resources / Business Administration. - 4 years of experience in HR operations (Logistics Industry preferred). - Strong communication and coordination skills. - Proficient in MS Office and HR software/tools. - Prior experience in logistics, shipping, or freight forwarding industry preferred.
