You will work on automating manual HR processes, aiming to improve self-service adoption among employees. Staying abreast of the latest HR tech trends and integrating innovation into daily HR operations will also be expected from you. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelors/Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Hands-on experience of 6-8 years in HR Operations, with familiarity in HRMS (experience with Darwinbox will be advantageous), is essential.
