Job Summary: Were looking for a detail-oriented Mortgage Curative Specialist to help resolve title and post-closing issues. You’ll review documents, fix errors, and work with title companies, attorneys, and internal teams to make sure loans meet compliance and investor requirements. Key Responsibilities: Identify and resolve title defects, such as liens, name discrepancies, and legal description errors. Prepare and coordinate corrective documents like affidavits, assignments, and lien releases. Communicate with title companies, attorneys, and internal teams to get missing or corrected documents. Ensure all documents are properly recorded and updated in loan systems. Track issues, report status, and escalate when necessary. Skills & Qualifications: Knowledge of U.S. mortgage and post-closing processes. Familiarity with title curative and document recording. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Comfortable using loan systems and Microsoft Office.
