Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Senior HR Executive to lead our human resource operations and ensure smooth workforce management for a large-scale organization. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in employee relations, compliance, training, and insurance management, along with the ability to handle a large team efficiently.

This role requires a hands-on professional who can balance strategic planning with day-to-day HR operations while fostering a positive, compliant, and performance-driven workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end HR operations.
  • Oversee recruitment, on boarding, attendance, payroll, and employee database management.
  • Ensure adherence to all statutory compliances (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Labour Laws, etc.).
  • Develop and execute leadership and employee training programs to enhance productivity and engagement.
  • Handle employee grievance management and disciplinary procedures with professionalism.
  • Manage insurance policies for employees, including claims, renewals, and coordination with service providers.
  • Implement and monitor HR policies, procedures, and performance management systems.
  • Collaborate with management to drive HR strategy and organizational development initiatives.

Requirements

  • 10–12 years of progressive experience in HR operations and administration.
  • Proven experience managing large teams.
  • Strong knowledge of labour laws, compliance, and payroll management.
  • Experience in leadership development and training programs.
  • Exposure to insurance management and employee benefits administration.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelors or Master’s degree in Human Resources / Business Administration.
