Job Description: As a part of the team, you will have the following responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. - Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and hiring needs. - Oversee day-to-day HR and office administrative tasks. - Ensure proper documentation, employee records, and compliance with company policies. - Coordinate with finance and ensure timely salary disbursement. - Support performance appraisal processes, employee engagement initiatives, and training activities. - Handle employee queries and grievance resolution. Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in recruitment and HR functions. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Knowledge of HR policies and procedures. - Ability to work effectively in a team environment. - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
