Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition and Development:

• Lead the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection.

• Develop and implement effective onboarding programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

• Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.

• Visit colleges if required and prepare presentation as needed to attract more qualified candidates who fit into the positions that are open with us.


Performance Management:

• Oversee the performance appraisal process and provide guidance to managers on performance improvement plans.

• Monitor and evaluate employee performance, and provide coaching and feedback to support career growth. HR Tools and Systems:

• Utilize HR tools and systems to streamline HR processes and improve efficiency.

• Maintain and update HRIS and ensure data accuracy.

• Analyze HR metrics and generate reports to support decision-making.


Employee Engagement and Retention:

• Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment.

• Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and analyze results to identify areas for improvement.

• Implement retention strategies to reduce turnover and enhance employee loyalty


Compliance

• Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.

• Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.

Effective Communication Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.

You should be comfortable addressing both small and large group.

You should be adept at crafting messages for various audiences, ensuring that the intended message is conveyed clearly and effectively. Interpersonal Skills:

• Strong interpersonal skills are essential for this role.

You should be able to build and maintain relationships at all levels of the organization along with understanding others’ perspectives and resolve conflicts in a manner that respects all parties.


Proactivity

Experience:

• Degree or a relevant certification in HR

• Previous experience in a similar role

• In-depth knowledge of HR principles and practices

• Proficiency in HR tools

• Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
