Role & responsibilities : 1. Project Planning & Execution Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource plans. Develop detailed project execution strategies, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables. Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution. Ensure adherence to approved plans, specifications, and quality standards. 2. Team Leadership & Coordination Lead a team of project engineers, site managers, and support staff. Allocate responsibilities and monitor performance to achieve project goals. Conduct regular project review meetings and progress tracking with teams and management. 3. Cost & Budget Management Prepare and control project budgets, BOQs, and cost estimates. Approve and verify contractor bills, variation orders, and material reconciliations. Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality. 4. Quality & Safety Management Ensure implementation of Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) procedures at site. Monitor adherence to safety norms and environmental standards. Liaise with safety officers and quality engineers for compliance audits. 5. Liaison & Statutory Compliance Coordinate with local authorities, consultants, and legal departments for statutory approvals. Ensure timely acquisition of NOCs, permissions, and completion certificates. 6. Vendor & Contract Management Evaluate and appoint contractors, vendors, and consultants.
