Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end production cycle of international conferences, summits, and exhibitions.
• Research and identify trending topics, emerging markets, and industry insights to build commercially viable event agendas.
• Develop strong industry networks with CXOs, government officials, thought leaders, and associations to secure participation as speakers or partners.
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, delegate acquisition, operations) to ensure cohesive event execution.
• Drive innovation in agenda formats, panel discussions, keynote sessions, and networking activities to enhance delegate experience.
• Ensure quality control of content, speakers, and event deliverables.
• Mentor and manage the production team, providing strategic guidance and performance oversight.
• Deliver on event KPIs including audience acquisition, sponsorship alignment, and post-event feedback.
• Stay updated with competitor events, market dynamics, and client expectations to keep Trescon ahead of the curve.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in conference production, B2B events, or business media with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven ability to conceptualize and produce high-value events across industries such as technology, ESG, fintech, AI, sustainability, etc.
• Strong research, agenda design, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Excellent people management and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Highly driven, entrepreneurial mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and deliver in fast-paced environments.
• Immediate availability or short notice period preferred.
