Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for providing technical assistance and administrative support to maintain IT systems, hardware, and networks. Your role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of technology within the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and provide on-site and remote support. - Manage software updates, user accounts, and system performance as part of system administration. - Track inventory, install and upgrade IT systems for effective hardware & software management. - Assist in maintaining LAN/WAN, routers, switches, and wireless networks for network support. - Provide training on IT systems, create technical manuals, and ensure user training & documentation. - Ensure IT security, update antivirus software, and enforce policies for security & compliance. - Collaborate with departments to meet IT needs, report on system performance for effective collaboration & reporting. - Perform routine system checks, maintain hardware/software records, and handle maintenance & upgrades. - Assist with onboarding processes and manage office IT equipment as part of administrative support. Qualifications: - Bachelors in IT, Computer Science, or related field is required. - Basic knowledge of IT systems, networking, and troubleshooting. - Familiarity with Windows, macOS, Linux, and office software is preferred.
