Job Description: IT Support Executive

Location: Puducherry – Villianur

Qualification:

• BCA / B.Sc Computer Science / B.Tech (CSE)
• Freshers can apply

Salary: Up to ₹13,000 per month

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for computer systems, hardware, and software.
• Troubleshoot issues related to networks, printers, and system performance.
• Install, configure, and maintain systems, applications, and basic network setups.
• Maintain IT inventory and ensure system security.
• Assist staff with email setup, login issues, and software installations.
• Coordinate with vendors for repairs and maintenance.
• Maintain logs of IT issues and resolutions.

Skills Required:

• Basic knowledge of hardware, networking, and operating systems.
• Familiar with MS Office and email configuration.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and support multiple users.
