We are looking for a Business Development Manager to shape HiroJet’s growth strategy, expand client relationships, and drive impactful results. This is a full-time, fully remote role within India, ideal for professionals with at least 3+ years of BD experience, preferably in recruitment or staffing.
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new verticals and geographies. Identify, pursue, and convert high-potential leads into long-term clients. Build and maintain a strong pipeline through prospecting and outreach. Prepare and deliver customized proposals and pitches. Track KPIs and continuously refine business development processes.Foster strong client retention through proactive engagement.
