Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive Company: Fire and Personal Safety Enterprises Location: Dwarka Sector 11, New Delhi Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience) Job Summary: Fire and Personal Safety Enterprises is looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Executive who can independently handle all aspects of digital marketing, online branding, lead generation, and social media growth. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with digital tools, strong creativity, and the ability to deliver measurable results. Key Responsibilities: 1. Social Media Management Create, manage, and grow company presence across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) Develop engaging content, reels, stories, and posts for regular updates Respond to messages, comments, and inquiries promptly 2. Performance Marketing Run paid ad campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Ads Monitor ad performance, analyze data, and optimize for better ROI Manage budgeting for digital campaigns 3. SEO & Website Management Perform on-page and off-page SEO to improve website ranking Update website content, blogs, banners, and product details Conduct keyword research and track SEO performance 4. Content Creation Write creative content for posts, ads, emailers, brochures, and blogs Coordinate with graphic designers OR create basic graphics using tools like Canva 5. Lead Generation Develop campaigns focused on generating quality leads for sales team Track leads and ensure proper follow-up reporting 6. Email & WhatsApp Marketing Create and send bulk email campaigns and WhatsApp broadcasts Maintain and update customer database 7. Analytics & Reporting Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports Analyze campaign results and suggest improvements 8. Branding & Strategy Plan and execute digital strategies to increase brand visibility Competitor analysis and market research Support offline marketing requirements when needed Required Skills: Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager Good understanding of all social media platforms Ability to create content and basic graphics Understanding of CRM and email marketing tools Strong communication and analytical skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing (preferred)
