Job Title: Senior Accountant Location: Patparganj, Delhi Employment Type: Full-Time Experience Required: 4 years Joining: Immediate preferred Core Accounting Skills Full-cycle accounting: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger Month-end, quarter-end & year-end closing Bank reconciliations and vendor reconciliations Financial statement preparation (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow) Budgeting, forecasting & variance analysis Inventory accounting & costing methodologies Fixed asset accounting & depreciation schedules ✅ Compliance & Taxation GST filing, reconciliation & compliance TDS return filing & knowledge of TCS Income tax compliance and statutory audit support Understanding of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind-AS) Knowledge of corporate compliances and regulatory reporting ✅ Software & Technical Expertise Tally ERP, Zoho Books, QuickBooks or similar tools Excel advanced skills: VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS reporting ERP systems knowledge (SAP, Oracle — preferred) Digital payment systems & bank portal operations Data accuracy & documentation management ✅ Financial Control & Internal Processes Expense monitoring & approval workflows Preparation of management reports (MIS) for leadership Internal control implementation & risk identification Audit coordination — internal & statutory Vendor negotiation + credit cycle management ✅ Analytical & Business Skills Strong understanding of business operations and KPIs Cost control and profitability improvement focus Cash flow planning & treasury management support Decision-making data insights for management ✅ Soft Skills & Professional Behavior Attention to detail & high level of accuracy Time management & multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment Integrity, confidentiality and strong work ethics Communication skills for cross-department coordination Leadership & ability to mentor junior accountants ⭐ Bonus Skills (Good to Have) Experience in Manufacturing / Retail / E-Commerce accounting Familiarity with Import–Export documentation (BOE, duties, logistics accounting) Payroll processing and statutory compliances (PF, ESIC, Gratuity) Automation mindset (Macros, Power BI reports) How to Apply: Interested candidates can send their resume via WhatsApp to: +91 8130587604
