As we scale our operations, we’re looking for an E-commerce Executive to manage and optimize our presence across major online marketplaces. Position Summary: The E-commerce Executive will be responsible for handling day-to-day operations on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and other e-commerce channels. This includes listing management, order fulfillment, customer service, inventory control, and sales tracking. Key Responsibilities: Manage and update product listings across Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplaces Ensure accurate and timely updates of pricing, inventory, and product information Handle order processing, returns, Safe-T claims, and customer inquiries Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure on-time delivery and dispatch Monitor and analyze sales data, marketplace performance, and competitor activity Identify trends and suggest strategies for growth and improvement Maintain strong communication with internal teams to ensure smooth operations Requirements: 2 to 3 years of experience in managing e-commerce operations Strong working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and related tools Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.) Good command over English and strong communication skills Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and solve problems quickly Familiarity with basic image editing or content tools is a plus What We Offer: Opportunity to be part of a growing D2C brand in an exciting industry Supportive and collaborative work environment Learning opportunities and professional development Competitive salary based on experience and performance How to Apply: Interested candidates can send their resume via WhatsApp to: 📱 +91 7983435114
