Service Technician

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Coffee Machine Service Technician to install, maintain, and repair coffee machines for our clients. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.  Key Responsibilities * *Installation & Setup*  * Install and configure various types of coffee machines at client locations.  * Conduct initial calibration and ensure proper functioning. * *Maintenance & Servicing*  * Perform routine preventive maintenance on coffee machines.  * Clean, descale, and inspect machines to ensure optimal performance. * *Repairs & Troubleshooting*  * Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues quickly and accurately.  * Replace faulty components and carry out on-site or workshop repairs. * *Customer Support*  * Educate customers on proper usage and basic care of machines.  * Provide service reports, recommendations, and follow-up support. * *Documentation*  * Maintain detailed records of service calls, parts used, and repair history.  * Update inventory of spare parts and request supplies when necessary. Skills & Qualifications * Proven experience as a service technician (preferably with coffee machines or similar appliances). * Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. * Ability to read technical manuals and schematics. * Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. * Good communication and customer service abilities. * Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client sites. Education & Experience * Diploma/ITI in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics engineering (or equivalent). * 1–3 years of experience in appliance repair or a related field.
