E-Commerce Executive

• An E-commerce Executive manages a company's online sales, optimizing platforms, executing digital marketing, analyzing data, and ensuring a great customer experience to boost revenue, handling tasks from product listings and promotions to inventory coordination and performance reporting across the website and marketplaces.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Platform Management: Oversee e-commerce sites, marketplaces (like Amazon, Flipkart), and apps, ensuring they are functional, user-friendly, and updated.
• Digital Marketing: Develop and run campaigns (SEO, PPC, email, social media) to drive traffic and sales, analyzing results to refine strategies.
• Content & Listings: Manage product information, descriptions, images, and inventory levels, optimizing for search engines (SEO).
• Sales & Strategy: Implement sales plans, promotional activities, and pricing strategies to meet revenue targets.
• Data Analysis: Monitor website analytics, sales data, and user behavior to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, sales, IT, and logistics teams for seamless operations and campaigns.
• Customer Experience: Address customer inquiries, manage feedback, and ensure smooth order processing and fulfillment. Essential Skills & Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Experience: Proven experience in digital marketing, e-commerce platforms, and data analysis.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with e-commerce software, analytics tools (Google Analytics), SEO, and digital marketing platforms.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical, strategic thinking, project management, and communication skills.
