Maintenance Technician

• Repairs and maintenance: Conduct both routine and emergency repairs on fixtures, equipment, and building systems.
• Inspections: Regularly inspect buildings, grounds, and equipment to identify potential problems and ensure everything is in proper working order.
• Preventive maintenance: Carry out preventive maintenance tasks, such as cleaning filters, replacing bulbs, and lubricating machinery.
• System upkeep: Maintain and repair a variety of systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and other technical problems.
• Facility upkeep: Handle general facility upkeep, which can include minor carpentry, painting, and landscaping.
• Documentation: Keep detailed records of maintenance tasks, materials used, and the overall condition of the property.
• Safety and compliance: Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety regulations and standards, and respond to safety-related issues, such as fire alarms.
