Maintenance Technician

As a Maintenance Technician in our gown manufacturing process, your role involves performing regular, scheduled maintenance on machinery and equipment such as sewing machines, stitching machines, cutting equipment, DG, compressor, etc. You will be responsible for inspecting and lubricating machinery to ensure optimal performance. Proactively replacing worn-out parts is crucial to prevent production delays. Your duties will include diagnosing problems with machinery, electrical systems, and other equipment, and carrying out repairs on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Working closely with production teams is essential to ensure minimal downtime during machine repairs and maintenance. You will also be expected to analyse trends in machine failures and recommend changes to equipment or processes to reduce incidents. Familiarity with basic electrical systems, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems is required. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining inventories of equipment parts by checking stock and placing orders.
