As a Sewing Machine Operator Trainer in DDU-GKY, your role will involve providing domain skill training to students. This includes teaching cutting, stitching, hemming, and finishing techniques. You will be responsible for instructing individuals on operating different types of sewing machines such as lockstitch, overlock, and flatlock machines. Additionally, you will introduce students to fabric types, measurements, patterns, and garment construction methods. It will be part of your job to educate them on machine maintenance, safety procedures, and troubleshooting techniques. In terms of practical training, you will conduct hands-on sessions where students will learn to stitch various garments like shirts, pants, and blouses. You will also organize workshop-style practices to simulate real-world industry environments, providing students with valuable experiential learning opportunities. This is a full-time position with benefits including food provision, leave encashment, and Provident Fund. The work schedule is during the day shift, and there is a performance bonus available based on your work outcomes. The work location is in person, providing you with the opportunity to engage directly with the students and create a conducive learning environment for their skill development.,
