Job Description

As an experienced Industrial Automation Technician, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks including LT panel and HT panel termination, gland termination, RTD and sensor installations, temperature controllers setup, and conducting Preventive Maintenance. Your expertise should include practical knowledge of bus bar and cable selection, MCB installation, and the ability to interpret Single Line Diagrams (SLD). You should be proficient in panel wire tracing and troubleshooting, working with Starters (DOL / star delta), Solenoid valves, and be familiar with LOTO basics. Additionally, you should have experience with Direction control valves, Pneumatic positioner valves, FRL maintenance, Induction motor, servo motor maintenance, AC drives, PLC, HMI display controls, and VFD basics. Troubleshooting skills related to MCB, MCCB, and MPCB, cabling, motor installation, and knowledge of capacitors and Thermo resistors are essential. Experience with oven temperature troubleshooting, Selec, Danfoss analog digital meters, cable selection, cable & cable tray laying, Plant earthing, and basic understanding of metal detector operations will be valuable. Qualifications required for this role include a Highest qualification of ITI / DIPLOMA in Electrical or Instrumentation. Industry experience in FOOD / FMCG / BEVERAGES is preferred. This is a Full-time position with Day shift schedule, requiring in-person work at the designated location.
