Job Summary B2B Sales Operations Executive is responsible for electronic commerce transactions. (i.e., business applications, 3PL, SPSCommerce, Unify). Another responsibility is to collaborate with Merchandising and other teams to ensure vendors are set up, tested, and moved to production by the time orders are ready to be placed. Once a vendor has moved from test to production, resolving issues with EDI standards and adherence to vendor's and 3PL's EDI requirements. Core Responsibilities: 1. Establishes and maintains electronic commerce relationships with Pawfect's vendors and freight carriers; ensures compliance with internal standards and EDI standards 2. Develops and maintains electronic commerce guides, procedures, and statistics 3. Monitoring of electronic commerce documents (e.g., purchase orders) to ensure timely transmission and conformance to standards 4. Supervises external development of electronic commerce software for Pawfect's vendors and freight carriers to ensure compliance with standards 5. Performs quality control checks of electronic commerce information to ensure timely processing of documents 6. Works with electronic commerce translators to establish and maintain trading partner profiles in the appropriate database 7. Directs network service providers on the electronic information flow to/from Pawfect. 8. Communicates product flow information to trading partners and to store and distribution center personnel 9. Implements new relationships with vendors to improve forecasting, services, ROI, turnover, etc. 10. We are looking for a proactive and skilled professional with hands-on experience in utility operations, including boiler operation, water treatment plants, ETP/STP systems, and HVAC systems. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in the food and beverage industry and be accountable for ensuring smooth, safe, and efficient functioning of all utility services in alignment with GMP, FSMS, and safety norms. Key Responsibilities: Operate and monitor Boiler systems, ensuring high thermal efficiency and fuel optimization. Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to ensure minimal breakdowns and maximize uptime. Handle Water Treatment Plant (WTP) operations, including RO systems, membrane loading/unloading, RO recovery management, and reject flow control. Oversee Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) operation and maintenance with expertise in MBBR process, inlet/outlet monitoring, and adherence to environmental standards. Maintain and troubleshoot HVAC systems, including AHU filters, coils, and cooling systems. Implement and maintain chemical safety protocols and ensure safe handling and storage of treatment chemicals.
