Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and skilled professional with hands-on experience in utility operations, including boiler operation, water treatment plants, ETP/STP systems, and HVAC systems. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in the food and beverage industry and be accountable for ensuring smooth, safe, and efficient functioning of all utility services in alignment with GMP, FSMS, and safety norms.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor Boiler systems, ensuring high thermal efficiency and fuel optimization.

Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to ensure minimal breakdowns and maximize uptime.

Handle Water Treatment Plant (WTP) operations, including RO systems, membrane loading/unloading, RO recovery management, and reject flow control.

Oversee Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) operation and maintenance with expertise in MBBR process, inlet/outlet monitoring, and adherence to environmental standards.

Maintain and troubleshoot HVAC systems, including AHU filters, coils, and cooling systems.

Implement and maintain chemical safety protocols and ensure safe handling and storage of treatment chemicals.

Monitor and maintain FSMS, GMP, 5S, and autonomous maintenance practices across utility areas.

Execute floor kaizens, cost-saving initiatives, and support continuous improvement efforts in utilities.

Maintain detailed records, logs, and documentation of all operations, maintenance activities, and plant parameters.

Support internal and external audits with accurate and timely data submission.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams for effective utilities integration in the production process.

Required Skills and Competencies:

Strong technical knowledge of boiler operations, RO systems, ETP/MBBR, HVAC/AHU, and chemical treatment systems.

Proficient in monitoring plant parameters and taking corrective action.

Good understanding of GMP, FSMS, ISO standards, and environmental compliance.

Hands-on with kaizen activities, 5S, autonomous maintenance, and cost optimization.

Effective problem-solving and root cause analysis.

Strong communication and documentation skills.

Qualifications and Experience:

Polytechnic-Diploma.

2–4 years of experience in utilities management, preferably in food & beverage, pharma, or FMCG.

Certified Boiler Attendant (preferred, if applicable).

Familiarity with GMP, HACCP, FSMS, and ETP/PCB compliance requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
