Supply Chain Executive

As a B2B Sales Operations Executive at Pawfect, your primary responsibility will be to manage electronic commerce transactions with vendors and freight carriers. This includes establishing and maintaining relationships, ensuring compliance with internal and EDI standards, and developing electronic commerce guides and procedures. You will also be monitoring electronic commerce documents for timely transmission and conformance to standards, supervising the development of electronic commerce software, and performing quality control checks to ensure timely processing of documents. Key Responsibilities: - Establish and maintain electronic commerce relationships with vendors and freight carriers - Develop and maintain electronic commerce guides, procedures, and statistics - Monitor electronic commerce documents for timely transmission and conformance to standards - Supervise the development of electronic commerce software for vendors and freight carriers - Perform quality control checks of electronic commerce information - Work with electronic commerce translators to maintain trading partner profiles - Direct network service providers on the electronic information flow - Communicate product flow information to trading partners and internal teams - Implement new vendor relationships to improve forecasting and services - Stay updated with electronic commerce industry practices and procedures Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, or a related field - Minimum 3 years of overall experience, with 2 years in EDI Management & Supply Chain Management - Experience in data mining and visualization tools like Excel - Working knowledge of EDI standards, inventory management, planning, forecasting, and transportation processes - Excellent writing and communication skills - Strong problem-solving abilities In this full-time role, you will be expected to work day shifts at our location in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
