Job Description

As an Industrial Automation Technician, you will be responsible for various tasks related to LT panel, HT panel termination, gland termination, RTD, sensors, temperature controllers, and preventive maintenance. Your hands-on experience should include bus bar and cable selection, MCB installation, and the ability to visualize Single Line Diagrams (SLD). Panel wire tracing and troubleshooting, as well as working with starters (DOL / star delta) and solenoid valves, will also be part of your key responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Hands-on experience with industrial automation components such as pneumatic positioner valves (for steam and water), FRL maintenance, and induction motor servicing. - Troubleshooting and maintenance of servo motors, AC drives, PLC systems, HMI display controls, and basic knowledge of VFDs. - Proficiency in troubleshooting MCBs, MCCBs, and MPCBs, along with cabling, motor installation, and capacitor handling. - Familiarity with thermo resistors, oven temperature calibration, Selec, Danfoss analog/digital meters, and cable selection and laying. - Knowledge of plant earthing, metal detector operation basics, and following LOTO (Lockout-Tagout) procedures. Qualifications Required: - Highest qualification preferred: ITI / Diploma in Electrical or Instrumentation. - Industry preference: Food / FMCG / Beverages. In addition to the technical responsibilities, you will need to work on a full-time basis in a day shift schedule at the designated in-person work location.,
