Role Summary / Purpose:

Technician will be responsible for all kinds of activity relating to Electrical/maintenance in the company and workshop.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Preventive / Breakdown maintenance work for light machines (Like – Grinding machine,Welding machine)
• Supporting for Automation machine process
• Solar/ RO plant regarding monitoring
• Controlling maintenance tools and equipment;
• Responsible for the correction of equipment problems causing repetitive failures.
• Establishes and documents maintenance procedures for all new installations.
• Electrification work like MCB, breaker and electrical apparatus checking and replacement .
• Regular monitor Diesel capacity in GENSET.
• All the Grinding machines should monitor and update history card and also renewal, spares replacement periodically.
• Monitor and rectify Welding machines/Cables minor problems.
• Monitoring of welding machine/ Cables utilization by workers.

Qualifications / Requirements:

Experience : 2 years & above

Minimum Education Qualification : ITI Electrician

Industrial Type : Manufacturing / Industrial / Production

Function Area : Maintenance

Skills Required:

• A strong English, Tamil communication is essential
• Ability to store and record information accurately
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Good social and interpersonal skills
