Various Statutory/Environment Clearances required for proposed Cement Project, Grinding unit & Mines. The Compliance, Liaison & follow up with for various Govt. Agencies of Mines & Forest Departments. Preparation of documents/Reports for operation of Greenfield project and Proposed Grinding unit. Ensuring statutory & necessary compliance within stipulated time period. Preparation of Reports & related clearances, Resettlement & Rehabilitation plan for oustees and Safety. To provide necessary inputs in the pending litigations in the various legal Court matters as well as statutory matters.
