WE HAVE AN URGENT OPENING FOR ELECTRICAL UTILITY MAINTENANCE JR ENGG OR ENGINEER FOR OUR ESTEEM CLIENT IN AUTO INDUSTRY (JAPANESE MNC) Dept- Utility Electrical Maintenance Position Junior Engineer or Engineer Qualification- B.Tech/Diploma (Electrical) Experience - 2Yrs-7Yrs (For B.Tech 2 to 4 yrs and 4 to 7 yrs for Diploma) Job Location IMT Manesar, Haryana Roles and Responsibilities To strive for improvement in equipment & system to avoid chances of breakdown in Utility equipments. Knowledge of TPM, improvements/modification of circuits (Electrical, Water related, Air related Etc.), Poka yoke & Kaizen activity. Documentation as per IATF 16949, ISO14001:2015 ISO45001:2018 & ENMS ISO 50001. To reduce downtime of machines and ensure maximum availability of Utility equipment’s for production. WHY –WHY Analysis, Countermeasure of Breakdown & Preventive action. To improve MTTR & MTBF. To maintain Utility based equipment’s. To handle shift independently. To work with a variety of technicians. To train team for relevant skills. Desired Candidate Profile 1. Knowledge of Maintenance, troubleshooting of VCB, ACB, LT Panel, DG, Compressor, Cooling tower, STP & ETP, RO, Transformer, AHU, FDV, Chiller & Pumps etc. 2. Adhering to performance of transformer, Power Factor, RO plant, Solar panel & Fire System. 3. Conducting the analysis of all kinds of loss of Energy & working of Root cause to Prevent Repeated Occurrences. 4. Knowledge of Preventive Maintenance, TBM & CBM. 5. Adherence of Water balancing (Raw, RO & DM) 6. Knowledge of load calculation, Electrical SLD & Power distribution. 7. Knowledge of DG synchronization Auto & Manual.
