Collaboration & Documentation : Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., production, IT, quality, and engineering) to ensure successful integration of automated systems. Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for automated systems, including specifications, drawings, and user manuals. Provide training and support to operators and technicians on automated system usage. Project Management : Lead or participate in automation projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. Coordinate with vendors and external partners to procure necessary components or services. Develop project schedules and reports for upper management. Qualifications: Education : Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, Robotics, or a related field. Experience : Proven experience (2 or 3+ years) as an Automation Engineer or in a similar role in an industrial, manufacturing, or software environment. Experience with PLCs, SCADA systems, robotics, and other industrial automation tools. Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, C++, Ladder Logic, or other automation-related languages. Technical Skills : Proficiency in automation software and tools (e.g., Schneider, Siemens, Allen Bradley, ABB, Rockwell, Delta). Knowledge of control systems, sensors, actuators, and industrial automation products. Experience in designing and troubleshooting electrical circuits, control panels, and power distribution systems. Soft Skills : Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
