Inventory Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Executive to oversee and manage inventory levels, optimize stock flow, and ensure the accuracy of inventory records. The ideal candidate will have experience in inventory control, supply chain management, and warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement inventory management strategies to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Monitor inventory movement, ensuring accuracy in stock records and preventing discrepancies.
• Coordinate with procurement, sales, and warehouse teams to ensure efficient stock replenishment.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile physical stock with system records.
• Analyze demand trends and forecast inventory needs to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
• Implement and optimize inventory tracking systems for improved efficiency.
• Work closely with suppliers and vendors to manage purchase orders and delivery schedules.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations related to inventory control.
• Train and supervise inventory control staff, ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Generate inventory reports and provide insights for process improvements.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Inventory executive or similar role in a manufacturing organisation
• Strong understanding of inventory management software and ERP systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in logistics, warehouse management, or procurement.
• Certification in inventory management or supply chain (e.g., CPIM, CSCP) is a plus.
• Knowledge of lean inventory practices and cost-saving strategies.
