Inventory Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Junior Inventory Executive to assist in managing daily inventory operations, stock records, material inward/outward entries, and coordination with the production and purchase departments. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and familiar with basic inventory management systems or ERP/Tally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate records of stock levels, receipts, and dispatches.
• Assist in preparing GRN (Goods Receipt Notes) and material issue slips.
• Conduct physical stock verification and reconcile with system data.
• Update inventory transactions in ERP/Tally on a daily basis.
• Coordinate with production and purchase teams for material availability and requirements.
• Monitor inventory movement and report discrepancies or damages.
• Maintain records for inward/outward materials, returns, and transfers.
• Support the Inventory Executive/Supervisor in preparing monthly reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Commerce, Logistics, or Supply Chain preferred.
• 0–2 years of experience in inventory, stores, or warehouse operations.
• Basic knowledge of Tally ERP / Excel / Inventory software like Zoho inventory.
• Strong attention to detail and record accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
