Supply Chain Executive

The B2B Sales Operations Executive is responsible for managing electronic commerce transactions, including business applications, 3PL, SPSCommerce, and Unify. You will collaborate with Merchandising and other teams to ensure vendors are properly set up, tested, and transitioned to production in a timely manner for order placement. It will be your responsibility to address any issues related to EDI standards and compliance with vendor and 3PL EDI requirements post-production transition. Your core responsibilities will include: - Establishing and maintaining electronic commerce relationships with Pawfect's vendors and freight carriers while ensuring compliance with internal and EDI standards - Developing and maintaining electronic commerce guides, procedures, and statistics - Monitoring electronic commerce documents to ensure timely transmission and adherence to standards - Supervising the external development of electronic commerce software for vendors and freight carriers to ensure standards compliance - Performing quality control checks on electronic commerce information for timely document processing - Working with electronic commerce translators to establish and maintain trading partner profiles in the database - Directing network service providers on electronic information flow to and from Pawfect - Communicating product flow information to trading partners, store, and distribution center personnel - Implementing new vendor relationships to enhance forecasting, services, ROI, and turnover - Staying updated on electronic commerce industry practices and procedures to provide insights for electronic commerce initiatives You should possess: - A minimum of 3+ years of overall experience with 2 years specifically in EDI Management and Supply Chain Management - Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, or a related field - Experience in data mining and visualization tools like Excel - Working knowledge of EDI Standards, Inventory Management, Planning, Forecasting, and Transportation processes and systems - Excellent writing and communication skills for developing analytical documents - Strong problem-solving skills This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. Candidates should be prepared to commute or relocate before starting work. Preferred experience includes 3 years in EDI Management and Supply Chain Management.,
