Bodal Chemicals is looking for Maintenance Mechanic to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey Equipment Maintenance: Maintenance mechanics perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on machinery and equipment to ensure they are operating efficiently and safely This includes lubricating moving parts, replacing worn-out components, and conducting tests to identify potential issues Troubleshooting and Repair: When equipment malfunctions or breaks down, maintenance mechanics diagnose the problem, troubleshoot the issues, and make necessary repairs They may use diagnostic tools, repair manuals, and their knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic systems to identify and fix the problem Safety Compliance: Maintenance mechanics adhere to safety regulations and protocols to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment They may perform safety checks, replace faulty safety devices, and implement safety measures to protect both themselves and others in the workplace Equipment Installation and Upgrades: Maintenance mechanics may be involved in the installation and commissioning of new equipment or the upgrade of existing machinery This includes reading and interpreting technical specifications, assembling components, and ensuring proper alignment, wiring, and calibration

•Develop hydraulic designs & specifications based on product management & OE customer input •Create 3D CAD components, assemblies & detailed drawings •Lead multiple design reviews, perform simulations & obtain engineering sign-off Required Candidate profile BE(Mech) with a min 2 years of exp in designing hydraulic products/components Solidworks exp with weldments, sheet metal & electrical harness design & agri/construction/off-road equipment is a plus
