Role & responsibilities Maintain and oversee the daily accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations. Prepare and finalize Balance Sheet , Profit & Loss Account , and Cash Flow Statements as per the Companies Act and applicable accounting standards (IND AS). Supervise and review journal entries, ledger scrutiny, and reconciliations. Handle GST , TDS , Income Tax filings, and ensure statutory compliance. Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits and ensure timely completion. Prepare and review MIS reports , variance analysis , and financial summaries for management. Manage cash flow , banking transactions , and treasury operations . Assist in budget preparation , cost analysis , and financial forecasting . Support in CMA data preparation , term loan documentation , and bank correspondence . Monitor and control the companys accounts receivable/payable cycles to ensure timely collections and payments. Maintain confidentiality and integrity of all financial data. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce / Finance / Accounting. CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) Semi Qualified also preferable Minimum 4–7 years of experience in accounting and financial management. Strong knowledge of Tally / ERP systems , Excel , and financial reporting tools. In-depth understanding of GST , TDS , Companies Act , and IND AS . Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills. Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
