Roles and Responsibilities Manage blue collar hiring process from sourcing to onboarding. Oversee payroll management and ensure timely payment of salaries. Ensure compliance with labor laws, including PF, ESIC, and other statutory requirements. Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, leave, and performance. Develop and implement effective industrial relations strategies to maintain a positive work environment. Desired Candidate Profile 8-13 years of experience in human resources or related field (industrial relations). Bachelor's degree in Social Work (B.A) or Master's degree in Business Administration/Human Resources (MBA/PGDM). Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and industry standards for textile & apparel sector. Excellent communication skills with ability to negotiate effectively with employees at all levels.
