Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage blue collar hiring process from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Oversee payroll management and ensure timely payment of salaries.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, including PF, ESIC, and other statutory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, leave, and performance.
  • Develop and implement effective industrial relations strategies to maintain a positive work environment.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 8-13 years of experience in human resources or related field (industrial relations).
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work (B.A) or Master's degree in Business Administration/Human Resources (MBA/PGDM).
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and industry standards for textile & apparel sector.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to negotiate effectively with employees at all levels.
