Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Receive buyer tech packs and convert requirements into actionable tasks
Coordinate with vendors for fabric, trims, prints, and embroidery developments
Prepare sample T&A and ensure deadlines are met
Communicate buyer comments to internal teams and vendors
Prepare costing sheets and support price negotiations
Maintain record of proto/fit/size set samples and submission status
Work closely with production team for development feasibility

Maintain development files, test reports, and sample libraries
Ensure compliance with buyer quality standards
Collaborate with QA, merchandising, and production teams
Prepare weekly development status reports
Monitor timelines to ensure on-time sample submission
Follow buyer SOPs for testing, packaging, and approvals
