Job Description


Join us as a Sales Development Specialist — Enterprise AI & Contact Center Solutions at Etech!


What You’ll Be Doing:


  • Proactively identify, research, and target enterprise-level prospects in industries including CX technology, SaaS, BPO, and analytics. 
  • Leverage account-based marketing (ABM) strategies to map target accounts, identify multiple decision-makers (Ops, IT, QA, Training, Procurement, C-suite), and execute multi-touch outreach campaigns. 
  • Initiate high-value discovery conversations to understand challenges, priorities, and KPIs such as AHT, CSAT, compliance, and FCR, positioning QEval as a solution partner. 
  • Use QEval’s proof points, customer success stories, and ROI case studies to drive engagement and create urgency. 
  • Qualify inbound leads and generate outbound opportunities through a combination of LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns, and event networking (e.g., CCW, ICMI, GDS CX Summits). 
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to personalize messaging and campaigns for specific personas and industries. 
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all interactions in the CRM, tracking progress from first touch to opportunity creation. 
  • Support enterprise account executives in handoffs and sales cycle acceleration, ensuring a seamless transition of qualified opportunities. 
  • Monitor competitor offerings and market trends to refine outreach strategies and positioning. 


What We Expect You To Have:


  • 2–4 years in SaaS sales development, inside sales, or business development targeting enterprise accounts (CX tech, analytics, or BPO experience a plus). 
  • Experience managing 6–9 month enterprise sales cycles, from initial outreach to deal closure. 
  • Strong understanding

    of

    account-based selling, SaaS sales cycles, and enterprise buying committees

    .

     
  • Excellent communication, research, and storytelling skills. 
  • Proven ability to engage C-level executives and department heads through value-driven conversations. 
  • CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent) and familiarity with prospecting tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, etc.). 
  • Resilient, curious, and

    comfortable with high-activity, high-quality outreach

    in competitive markets.
