Join Us as a Fraud Prevention Analyst! We’re expanding our team and looking for a detail-oriented Fraud Prevention Analyst to join us! If you have a keen eye for detecting fraud, analyzing risk, and ensuring secure transactions, this is your chance to grow with Etech and make an impact. What You’ll Do: Analyze and manage network-related fraud traffic to minimize risks. Support breach coordination, including assessing customer impact and legal/security hand-offs. Ensure data completeness, correctness, and concurrency for fraud detection and prevention. Detect, analyze, and authenticate fraudulent transactions in a card-not-present environment. Work closely with loss prevention teams to identify fraud trends and mitigation strategies. Provide quality customer service to internal and external stakeholders. Identify revenue recovery opportunities and system improvements for fraud prevention. Maintain compliance with fraud risk management policies and procedures. What We Expect You to Have: 2+ years of experience in risk management. 1-year experience in analytics/data analysis. Experience in the eCommerce domain and geographical knowledge is preferred. Understanding of end-to-end reconciliation control processes for merchant operations. Strong analytical skills to identify fraud trends and revenue recovery opportunities. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Customer service (voice) experience is a plus. Process re-engineering and improvement knowledge. Chargeback knowledge and Salesforce experience are added advantages. Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and make quick decisions. Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and database reporting tools.
