Job Description

  • Appoint agents and institutions capable of selling insurance, along with direct selling, to build the retail business.
  • Train acquired agents on products and processes.
  • Ensure completion of VSO targets and drive business growth.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with Agency Channel partners to yield a productive association.
  • Provide end-to-end solutions to agents, ensuring that service-level commitments are met.
  • Initiate cross-selling and rollover business, thereby adding value to channel partners.
  • Manage productivity mix to ensure that the cost of acquisition remains within budgeted levels.
  • Ensure continuous updates of agents knowledge on technology products and underwriting policies.
  • Take ownership of operational processes at VSO, including issuance, receipting, etc.
