This role requires strong expertise in end-to-end accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and team management. Ideal candidates should have a solid understanding of Indian Accounting Standards, statutory compliance, and hands-on experience handling domestic financial statements. Key Responsibilities: Accounting & Compliance: Facilitate timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings. Ensure accurate recording of transactions in appropriate general ledger heads. Maintain documentation for all transactions and statutory requirements. Manage schedules for accruals, prepayments, depreciation, and other accounting adjustments. Revenue accounting, GST reconciliation, and intercompany transactions. Ensure compliance with Indian accounting standards and company policies. Coordinate with auditors and support statutory reporting. Budgeting & Forecasting: Collaborate with the CFO on quarterly forecasts and annual budgets. Monitor key financial indicators and analyze variances against plan. Support the development of multi-year financial plans and track deviations. Implement automation to improve accounting and finance processes. Identify and drive cost-saving initiatives. Prepare reports by product, department, or cost center for internal analysis. Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Audit statutory reports for accuracy and completeness. Strengthen internal controls and ensure process compliance. Work with business units to analyze revenue performance, KPIs, and variances. Prepare and present timely and accurate management reports. Recommend cost improvements and provide strategic insights to business leaders. Support decision-making with actionable financial data and analysis. Candidate Requirements: Semi-Qualified CA (CA Inter) or CMA Inter; CA/CMA Final appeared candidates preferred. 5 to 10 years of hands-on experience in Accounting, Budgeting, Financial Reporting, and FP&A. Experience in handling domestic financial statements and compliance. Mandatory team management experience. Proficient in accounting software (Tally/ERP) and MS Excel. Strong understanding of GST, TDS, BRS, MIS, and Indian Accounting Standards. Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
