Business Development Manager β Luxury Segment Elite Elevators is looking for experienced professionals from real estate, luxury brands, luxury furniture, sanitary ware products, or luxury equipment backgrounds with a minimum of 4 years of experience. About the Role The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with HNI Clients and Architects to build new business for the company. This candidate should be focused, have strong communication skills, and demonstrate the ability to execute effective strategies in the luxury segment. Locations: Ranchi CTC: 8 LPA Responsibilities β Identify partnership opportunities with HNI clients and luxury-focused architects. β Develop new relationships to expand the business and strengthen the brand presence. β Maintain and nurture existing business partnerships. β Manage the sales funnel effectively to ensure a steady flow of leads and conversions. β Track and update data management systems for accurate reporting and forecasting. β Be open to travel for client meetings, site visits, and business expansion activities. β Think critically and strategically to ensure project success. Qualifications π Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. π Minimum 4 years of industry-related business development experience in real estate, luxury brands, luxury furniture, sanitary ware, or luxury equipment. π Strong communication and interpersonal skills. π Proven track record of executing successful business development strategies. π Ability to manage sales pipelines and maintain accurate data records. π Willingness to travel as required. π Highly focused, goal-oriented, and adaptable in a premium market environment.
